As we continue with #tangible23 we leave Belfast behind and head for the City of Limerick where the Shannon waters flow. In most endeavours, that are ambitious we can face challenges akin to the wide, flowing River Shannon. How are we meant to progress, cross the divide, overcome the obstacle?
